Concrete Finisher – Residential, Decorative & Commercial
Greater Victoria Area – Immediate Start
We are hiring an experienced Concrete Finisher to join our team. This role involves a wide variety of projects including residential driveways, patios, decorative stamped/exposed aggregate finishes, and small-to-medium commercial flatwork. We work on everything from custom homes to architectural concrete features and community projects.
What We’re Looking For
- Skilled in residential finishing: sidewalks, driveways, patios, slabs, and architectural concrete
- Proficient with decorative concrete (stamped, exposed aggregate, colored finishes)
- Capable of forming, pouring, screeding, and finishing all types of projects
- Experience operating a power trowel
- Can work independently or in a small crew with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Reliable transportation and a solid work ethic

- Concrete patching & repair
- Bobcat/excavator operation
- Waterproofing & small-scale demolition

Requirements
- Own basic hand tools
- Valid driver’s license
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions
Compensation
- Competitive wages based on experience
Start Date
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00-$42.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 60 per week
