Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Dishwasher/Server to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment while providing excellent service to our guests. Duties
- Responsible for cleaning dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to ensure sanitation standards are met.
- Assist with food preparation and basic cooking tasks as needed, supporting the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and timely manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including clearing tables and resetting for new guests.
- Follow food handling and safety protocols diligently to uphold health standards.
- Support the overall operation of the restaurant by assisting with various tasks during busy periods.
- Ensure all work areas are sanitized and organized at all times to promote a safe environment.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and food safety standards.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
- Basic understanding of food handling, preparation, and service techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude toward guests and team members.
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
