Become a member of the Yellowridge Construction team! We are currently looking for a Senior Estimator to help support our team based out of our Port Moody Head Office.

WHAT YOU’LL DO.
Reporting to the VP, Pre-Construction, the Senior Estimator plays a key role in the preparation and coordination of project bids and estimates. Responsibilities include:
· Leading full-cycle bid preparation, including take-offs, pricing, and quote evaluations
· Submitting complete and accurate estimates for assigned projects
· Analyzing and maintaining supplier and subcontractor databases
· Learning to CM and Design-Build proposals, RFQs, and RFP responses
· Attending client meetings and supporting project startup
· Participating in project reviews and postmortems
· Mentoring junior staff and sharing best practices
· Ensuring consistent, high-quality estimating processes
What you Bring:
· 10 years of construction estimating experience
· Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
· Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
· Proficient in relevant software including estimating software Microsoft Office, and spreadsheet design
· Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and mathematical skills
· Knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes
· Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) designation is an asset
· Post-secondary education or technical training in estimating (or equivalent experience)
