Assist with asphalt placement, raking, shoveling, and lute work
Prepare work areas, clean edges, and support paver and roller operators
Maintain proper compaction and smoothness by assisting with handwork
Follow direction from the paving foreman to maintain steady production
Work safely around hot mix, heavy equipment, and active traffic zones
Perform daily tool and equipment checks and help maintain a clean jobsite
