NordShield Security Inc. is looking for a motivated and confident Business Development Representative to help grow our client base across Ontario.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships, and helping grow a business from the ground up.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, making outbound calls, scheduling meetings, maintaining our CRM, and supporting our sales pipeline.
Training, sales scripts, and tools will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Research potential business clients

- Send capability statements
- Maintain NSOS CRM
- Follow up with prospects
- Update daily sales activities
- Build long-term client relationships
- Support vendor registration opportunities
- Assist with LinkedIn outreach when required
