We are looking to add ONE FT trainer to our team of top trainers. Ideally someone that can hit the ground running. We are the very BEST and are only interested in working with individuals who reflect that in their training and attitude. We have a location in Puslinch Ontario that we are hiring for.
Candidates must be experienced with balanced training have proven and observable results in training pet dogs to full off leash capability.
-Familiarity with our training system is a bonus
-Experience training with tools
-Experience and the ability to use all 4 quadrants of operant conditioning
-Experience with effectively resolving problem behaviors like reactivity
-Experience working with clients and their dogs
**Candidates with DECOY experience will be given preference**
Our ideal candidate will be able to train Board and Train dogs immediately to a high level of functional obedience and off leash control without also sacrificing the emotion of the dog. The ability to work with clients doing private sessions is would be ideal.

Pay starts at $55k to $65k per annum depending on level of experience with plenty of opportunity to earn more within a short period of time.
