Position Summary
We are seeking a candidate who balances administrative excellence with a strategic mindset. This role is vital in supporting the development of marketing strategies, conducting in-depth research, and expanding our reach through distribution networks. You will work closely with Marketing Executives to ensure Y Media Group’s products and services remain at the forefront of the media industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Help direct and evaluate the marketing strategies of our various media establishments to ensure high ROI and community impact.
- Assist in establishing and managing distribution networks for Y Media Group’s diverse range of products and services.
- Initiate market research studies and analyze findings to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive advantages.
- Provide administrative and creative support in the development and positioning of new media products and advertising solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and campaign metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of promotional activities.
- Work alongside internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of sponsorship and advertising packages across TV, Radio, and Print.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or college diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Specialization in sales or marketing preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in administrative support, marketing, or a related media occupation.
- Experience in client-facing roles or customer service is a strong asset.
- Competency in using tools for performance tracking, scheduling, and social media (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Canva).
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in Hindi and Punjabi is strongly preferred to support our community engagement goals.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
- Ability to provide creative input for product positioning and marketing strategies.
- High proficiency in Google Sheets for record-keeping, reporting, and data analysis.
- Strong ability to manage documentation, maintain accurate client records, and support internal workflows.
- Certifications in Digital Marketing, CRM (Salesforce), or Analytics are valued.
- A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is preferred for supporting local events and distribution tasks.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
