Spa Diva, an upscale day spa located in the heart of downtown Montreal in Les Cours Mont-Royal is currently recruiting a Spa Hostess/Housekeeper to be part of our team.
The Hostess performs various tasks which provides the client with the best spa experience.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- All candidates must have superior communication skills in both French and English
- Minimum of 2 year’s experience in a similar position
- Must be able to work independently and in a team
Description of tasks:
· Greet guests and guides them to their private cabin.
· Serves coffee, tea, glass of water or juice
· Occasionally serves lunch
· Learns about the tastes and habits of regular guests to ensure high quality personalized service
As Housekeeper in the Spa, the incumbent will be responsible for the presentation and hygiene standards within the spa.
Description of tasks:
· Ensures that change rooms/cabanas are attended and all amenities refreshed after every guest
· Cleans the bathrooms, wash mirrors
· Washes floors and vacuum
· Does the laundry: sheets, towels, bathrobes
· Dusts the common areas, to receive visitors
· Performs monthly, seasonal and annual tasks as required
