The Academy for Mathematics & English tutors students from SK to grade 12 for Math and grades 11 & 12 in Physics and Chemistry. We are currently recruiting Enthusiastic & Knowledgeable candidates at our Oakville, Glen Abbey location AND/OR our Burlington location to be our senior tutors for high school Physics, and/or Chemistry.
**Candidates who do not live close to the Burlington Location(3410 Mainway Drive, Burlington) will not be considered.**
OR
**Candidates who do not live close to the Glen Abbey Location (1500 Upper Middle Rd. Oakville) will not be considered.**

Job Description:
Must be able to tutor the following subject areas: Physics OR Chemistry OR Geometry/Algebra/Trig/Advanced Functions
- Sessions are held in the afternoon, evenings and/or weekends
- Tutors work with the same students on a daily/weekly basis
- This is a permanent part-time position
- Tutors are not required to prepare lesson plans and the teaching curriculum is provided
Requirements:
· Candidates must have a degree in the related fields or currently studying in them
· Candidates must be fluent in written and spoken English.
· A minimum of 1 year tutoring experience is required
· Candidates must be available Monday to Thursday from 3:30pm. to 8:30pm. and Saturday from 10:00am. to 4:00pm. (Minimum of 3 days per week)
