Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CNC Machinist to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate, set up, and maintain various CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines to produce precision parts and components. Responsibilities
- Operate a multi-axis CNC lathe and CNC mill , and press brake machines to produce complex parts according to detailed blueprints and specifications
- Program CNC machines using CAD, Solidworks CAM (Computer-Aided Design) software with Fanuc and Haas controls to optimize machining processes
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics accurately for precise manufacturing
- Perform machine setup, calibration, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and quality standards
- Conduct quality control checks using calipers, hand tools, and other measurement devices to verify dimensions and tolerances
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper packaging of finished products for shipment
- Assist with welding, assembly, or other related tasks as needed within the manufacturing process
- Follow safety protocols diligently; operate forklifts when necessary for material handling within the warehouse or production area
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements and participating in team meetings
Qualifications
- Proven experience operating CNC machinery such as CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, or similar equipment
- Strong knowledge of CNC programming languages and Fanuc controls; familiarity with SolidWorks is a plus
- Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics accurately
- Mechanical aptitude with understanding of machining principles, tooling setups, and maintenance procedures
- Experience with welding techniques and press brake operations preferred
- Proficiency in using calipers, hand tools, basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Warehouse experience including forklift operation certification is advantageous
- Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), quality control procedures, and manufacturing standards is desirable
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $26.00-$32.00 per hour
