About the Opportunity
Join a well-established seafood processing operation in a hands-on leadership role. This position is ideal for an experienced production operator ready to step into leadership and grow into management.
Key Responsibilities

Lead daily production activities on the plant floor

Work alongside teams to maintain output and efficiency

Assist with line setup and coordination

Monitor workflow across product lines

Ensure production targets and quality standards are met

Support shift organization and problem-solving

Work with QA on product decisions and rework

Take on increasing leadership responsibility over time
Required Experience

7–13 years seafood production experience
-
Strong knowledge of fish species and product formats
-
Experience in plant production environments

Ability to guide or support team members

Strong operational awareness
Requirements

Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
