Overview:
We are seeking an experienced internal Sales account coordinator accessed on client success strategies.
- Experience dealing with COSTCO WHOLESALE buying & Vendors/Direct Factory
- Strong knowledge of supporting the Internal, Retail Import Sales and Marketing process.
- Able to understand & navigate Costco documents such as:
- Timelines for Buying Processes, QA timing & follow up, Packaging, Pallet Pods, & Displays, Quality Assurance (QA)
- Read & understand the Item Agreement Protocol
- Create a timeline for QA, work backwards from the ship date
Lead and Support product development initiatives from concept to launch
Analyze the Retail Landscape/comp shop (retail placement, price points, sales trends, promotional activity)
Identify, evaluate, source new vendors
Salary: fair market value OR will be commensurate with applicant's experience
Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm "Flexible Time"
Remote work form home, laptop & cell phone provided
Occasional travel to Ottawa for meetings & set ups
Bilingual (English - French) mostly English
Preferably person would live in Montreal or Ottawa
Full-time OR Part-time available

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
