At Coldstream Clear, our kitchen team is all about genuine hospitality. In this role, you’ll be part of a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment where no two days look the same. Excellent customer service in the kitchen means precise preparation, consistent quality, and strong coordination with your team. It’s about ensuring every dish is accurate, timely, and beautifully presented so guests enjoy a seamless, memorable experience.
You’ll work closely with a supportive team, juggle multiple responsibilities, and help keep the space clean, organized, and efficient. Most importantly, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable moments — making guests feel cared for from the moment their plate arrives to the moment they leave.

YOUR ROLE
As a member of our team, you’ll help create the warm, memorable Coldstream experience our guests love. Working closely with our upbeat, high‑energy kitchen and retail teams, you’ll prepare and present delicious, visually appealing plates for a diverse range of guests throughout their visit. Your role supports smooth, efficient service and contributes to a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring every detail reflects our commitment to exceptional hospitality. Success in this position requires a positive, team‑focused attitude, strong attention to detail, and a genuine enthusiasm for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Hold our nutrition and sanitation regulations to the highest standard and safety

Ensure we are ready to provide the best food service and experience – prep, set up and stocking

Carefully prepare and cook orders for simultaneous delivery

Keen execution and delivery based on Coldstream standards

Maintain our pristine top-notch kitchen and stocked inventory
QUALIFICATIONS

Positively engaging, detailed focused team member who is excited to collaborate, promote and inherit Coldstream’s Values.

Must be able to lift our product (up to 50lbs) and cruise the floor for extended periods of time.

Proficient, Confident and knowledgeable of communication and interpersonal skills. Empathy and understanding while striving for our common goal.

Ability to work well in a fast-paced, positive, team-oriented environment.

Passion for food and the alcohol industry and creating memorable experiences.
