Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our wellness team. Duties
- Perform professional massage therapy treatments tailored to individual client needs, including therapeutic, relaxation, and rehabilitative techniques
- Conduct thorough client assessments to develop personalized treatment plans
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records in compliance with health regulations
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and wellness practices
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients at all times
- Stay current with industry best practices and participate in ongoing professional development
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns and provide appropriate recommendations
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols, including sanitation standards and COVID-19 guidelines
Experience
- Valid registration as a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) or equivalent certification from a recognized body
- Prior experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided for new graduates
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to musculoskeletal health and wellness
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and ensure client satisfaction
- Effective communication skills to clearly explain treatment procedures and address client questions or concerns

Pay: $39.58-$50.00 per hour
