- Perform general labour, custodial, and preventative maintenance tasks at recreation facilities including arenas, pools, parks, trails, sports fields, and community centres.
- Assist with the operation and monitoring of facility mechanical systems including refrigeration plants, boilers, and building systems.
- Operate facility equipment such as ice resurfacing machines, tractors, and maintenance equipment.
- Maintain the cleanliness and operational readiness of facilities, including washrooms, change rooms, floors, and common areas.
- Support recreation programs, tournaments, rentals, and community events through facility set-up, take-down, and event preparation.
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance or safety concerns.
- Provide courteous and professional customer service to residents, user groups, and facility renters.
- Maintain operational records including inspection reports, logbooks, and incident documentation.
- Support safe work practices and ensure compliance with municipal policies and provincial legislation.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned

- This is a Permanent Part Time position to fill a current vacancy.
- Typical schedule will vary, with up to 24 hours per week; including regular weekend and evening work.
- Working across the Township at multiple facilities.
- Pay Range: $25.08 to $31.34 per hour
