We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Lead to help lead the day-to-day activities of our warehouse team in Aurora. They will work closely with the Warehouse Manager to keep our operation running safely and efficiently.
This is a hands-on working lead role. You will work alongside and help lead a team of approximately 5–10 employees, keeping the warehouse safe, organized and productive while ensuring customer orders are completed accurately and on time.
What You Will Do
- Help organize and coordinate the daily work of the warehouse team
- Assign and communicate priorities for receiving, picking, staging, loading and shipping
- Work alongside the team to get the day's work completed
- Ensure customer orders are picked, staged and loaded accurately and on time
- Support and train employees on warehouse processes, equipment and safe work practices
- Monitor workflow and help resolve day-to-day issues
- Ensure incoming products are received, checked and stored correctly
- Help maintain inventory accuracy and identify shortages, damaged products or discrepancies
- Reinforce safety requirements, PPE and proper equipment use
- Maintain a clean, safe and organized warehouse
- Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment
- Communicate staffing, safety, inventory or operational concerns to the Warehouse Manager
What We Are Looking For
You must have:
- Previous Team Lead, Lead Hand or similar leadership experience within a warehouse / distribution centre
- Experience providing day-to-day direction to a team
- Experience working with a Warehouse Management System, ie Biztrack
- Valid forklift certification and hands-on forklift experience
- Valid Ontario G driver's licence
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety and safe work practices
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Ability to work 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., summers may require a 6am start
- Ability and willingness to work hands-on alongside the team

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 44.0 per week
