Overview
Support the Marketing Manager in bringing the brands of Stone Eagle Winery, Two Sisters Vineyards, and 11th POST on Queen to life through exceptional visual storytelling and digital content. This role is responsible for creating compelling photography, videography, and social media content, producing creative marketing assets, and helping execute digital campaigns that strengthen brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Visual Storytelling
- Capture, edit, and produce high-quality photography and video content for social media, digital marketing, and websites
- Create engaging short-form video content, including Reels, Stories, and other platform-specific formats.
- Edit photos and videos using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and InDesign).
- Write compelling social media captions and marketing copy that reflects the unique voice and personality of each brand.
- Develop creative concepts for campaigns, seasonal promotions, events, and product launches.
- Design digital and print marketing materials, including advertisements, signage, event collateral, menus, and promotional pieces.
- Maintain and organize digital libraries of photography, video, graphics, and creative assets.
Creative Collaboration
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Work closely with winery, culinary, hospitality, and events teams to identify compelling stories and content opportunities.
- Stay current with social media trends, photography and videography techniques, emerging platforms, and creative best practices to keep all brands fresh and engaging.
Social Media & Digital Content
- Plan, develop, and maintain the social media content calendar across all brands.
- Schedule and publish content while ensuring consistency in brand voice, aesthetics, and messaging.
- Capture live content during events, experiences, and special activations.
- Monitor social media engagement, respond to trends, and identify creative opportunities to grow audiences.
- Track content performance and recommend improvements based on analytics and platform insights.
- Assist with Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns, including creative development, audience targeting, optimization, and reporting.
Digital Marketing & Analytics
- Support execution of paid campaigns across Meta and Google.
- Track campaign performance and deliver reports using Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Provide actionable insights to improve ROI and campaign effectiveness.
Email Marketing
- Build, design, and schedule e-blasts for Two Sisters Vineyards, 11th POST, and Stone Eagle.
- Ensure email content aligns with campaign objectives, brand guidelines, and cadence set by marketing leadership.
Awards & Accolades
- Manage award and accolade submissions, tracking deadlines and results.
- Maintain accurate records of entries and recognitions for marketing use.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3–5 years of experience in content creation, social media and digital marketing, preferably within hospitality, wine, or lifestyle brands.
- Exceptional photography, videography, editing, and visual storytelling skills, with a portfolio showcasing high-quality creative work.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of luxury branding aesthetics and tone of voice.
- Proficiency with Meta Business Suite, including paid social advertising, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and performance reporting.
- A strong understanding of luxury branding, visual aesthetics, and creating elevated, premium content.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to support events and content capture when required.
- Experience operating mirrorless cameras, professional lighting, and audio equipment for photo and video production.
- Proficiency with iPhone photography and videography applications
Pay: $65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
