ARH is a small, family-run HVAC/R company located in Canmore, Alberta. With the continued growth of the Bow Valley, we are looking to add to our team.
We are hiring candidates from 2nd-year apprentice through Journeyman level.
We service the area from Canmore to Lake Louise, working on a wide range of residential, commercial, and light industrial heating, cooling, and refrigeration equipment.
Experienced Technician
We are looking for an experienced technician to help cover the company’s maintenance schedule, as well as service and repair work. The successful candidate should be confident working independently and able to competently diagnose, service, and repair a wide range of equipment.
Apprentice Technician
We are also looking for an apprentice to assist with installations while learning the service and maintenance side of the trade. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience across a broad range of HVAC/R systems.
Equipment We Service and Install
Our work includes, but is not limited to:
- Residential furnace service and repair
- Residential air conditioning installation, service, and repair
- Commercial refrigeration service, repair, and installation
- Walk-in coolers and walk-in freezers
- Line coolers
- Ice machines
- Rooftop units
- Commercial kitchen make-up air and exhaust systems
- Condo building and parkade make-up air systems
- Commercial heating equipment
Requirements
The successful applicant should have:
- HVAC/R experience or be enrolled as a 2nd-year apprentice or higher
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A valid driver’s licence
- A professional attitude when working with customers and coworkers
On-Call Rotation
On-call work is required approximately one weekend per 6-7 weeks.

Pay: $25.00-$55.00 per hour
