The Opportunity:
We are seeking reliable, experienced support professionals to join our registry in the Guelph-Wellington region. Our primary focus is matching families with qualified Developmental Services Workers (DSWs) and Educational Assistants (EAs). We also welcome Personal Support Workers (PSWs) who possess a dedicated background in neurodevelopmental support.

- Direct Compensation: Earn a competitive flat contract rate of $25.00/hr equivalent for every completed, scheduled care session. No workplace deductions are taken; you manage your own business billing.
Responsibilities During Sessions:
- Deliver high-quality, 1-on-1 personalized support in the client’s home or during community-based outings.
- Support client-specific care plans, assisting with daily life skills, companionship, or personal care as required.
- Submit a digital Daily Service Verification Log immediately following the conclusion of each session to verify completed hours for invoice processing.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of professional experience actively working with individuals with Autism, developmental disabilities, or neurodivergence.
- Credentials: DSW diploma, EA certification, or a PSW certificate strictly accompanied by verified experience in Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD/DD).
- Crisis Intervention: Valid CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention), UMAB, or equivalent behavior-management training is highly welcomed and strongly preferred.
- Clearances: Valid Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) or willingness to obtain one.
- Safety: Current First Aid / CPR Level C certification.
- Transit: Reliable transportation for community-based care sessions is an asset.
