Avery HR is seeking an experienced Box Clamp Counterbalance Forklift operator for one of our clients in Mississauga. Temp-to-perm - no students please.
Shift : 7 am to 3.30pm (Monday to Friday)
Pay : $22 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Operate a forklift to move and stack bins four levels high
- Line up pegs on bins
- Load and unload trucks, containers, and shelves
- Perform order picking and ensure accuracy in product selection
- Conduct routine inspections of the forklift and report any maintenance or safety issues
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Experience:
- Minimum TWO years experience operating a Box Clamp picking bins preferred
- Mechanical knowledge to perform basic maintenance on the forklifts
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
- Basic math skills to accurately count and record inventory
