RESPONSIBILITIES
To Provide Superior Customer Service as Outlined Below:
- Adhere to the FIRST service cycle
- Greet or acknowledge every customer as soon as they enter the salon
- Be friendly, courteous and professional
- Ensure your station is clean, organized and free from hair before seating your next customer
- Provide consultation process and discuss with interest and recommendations the style and service the customer requires
- Complete every cash, debit or credit card transaction neatly and accurately
- Stylists are required to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have a valid trade license for Ontario
- Strong guest service skills
- Good communication skills
- Professional appearance and presence
PAY PACKAGE
- Hourly wage
- Service commission start from day one
- Product/Retail commission of 5% start from day one. This will be increased to 8% after 90 days
