Production Associate (Temporary Full Time)
The People People, on behalf of our client CAP Building Systems is seeking a motivated Production Associate to support their manufacturing operations. This position will assist with panel building, fabrication support, material handling, assembly, and general production activities.
This is a temporary full-time position with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role for the right candidate. The anticipated duration is approximately 3–6 months; however, employment may be extended or converted to a permanent position based on employee performance, attendance, and business requirements.

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Production Associate to support manufacturing operations through panel building, fabrication assistance, material handling, and general production tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to follow detailed instructions, and a commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards.
Working as part of a team, you will contribute to a clean, organized, and safety-focused environment while supporting a variety of production activities.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist with production and assembly activities
· Operate hand and power tools safely
· Read and follow job packages and work instructions
· Support fabrication and panel-building operations
· Maintain quality standards
· Keep work areas clean and organized
· Follow all safety procedures and policies
· Complete other duties as assigned.
Requirements
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Manufacturing or construction experience preferred
· Ability to read a tape measure
· Strong work ethic and attendance record
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
· Willingness to learn multiple production processes

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
