Junior Auto Body Technician – Collision Center
We are currently looking for a Junior Auto Body Technician to join our Collision Center team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with some auto body experience who is eager to learn, develop their skills, and build a long-term career in the automotive repair industry.
Responsibilities:
- Perform basic bodywork, including sanding, masking, grinding, and surface preparation
- Help with dent repairs, panel removal, and panel installation
- Prepare vehicles for painting and refinishing
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized manner
- Follow safety procedures and shop standards
- Learn collision repair techniques and OEM repair procedures
- Assist with quality inspections and final vehicle preparation
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in auto body repair, collision repair, automotive detailing, or a related field is an asset
- Auto Body Technician apprenticeship or related training is an asset
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
- Strong willingness to learn and take direction
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented
- Valid driver's license is an asset
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
