NOW HIRING: EQUIPMENT OPERATORS & LABOURERS

J. Gordon Services Ltd is hiring Equipment Operators and General Labourers to join our growing team. The ideal candidates are hardworking, reliable, and safety-minded. You’ll be working on a variety of construction or site-related projects, performing equipment operation and manual labour duties as needed.
1. Equipment Operators
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate heavy equipment (e.g., excavators, skid steers, loaders, dozers, etc.)
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Work with site supervisors to execute tasks efficiently and safely
- Assist with labour tasks when equipment is not in use
Requirements:
- Valid operator certification or licenses
- Minimum [X] years of equipment operating experience (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols
- Clean driving record (if applicable)

2. General Labourers
Responsibilities:
- Assist with site prep, clean-up, and material handling
- Use hand and power tools as required
- Support skilled trades and equipment operators
- Follow safety guidelines and site instructions
Requirements:
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs
- Steel-toe boots and appropriate workwear required
- Reliable transportation to job site
- Experience is an asset but not required
