The Assistant General Manager will:
· Have 4+ years of fast casual or full-service experience as a General Manager currently
· Have scratch-kitchen experience
· Demonstrate good tenure and progression in career
· Ensure the utmost quality and consistency in food and service
· Have a passion for building, training, and leading a strong team
· Maintain the restaurant’s revenue, profitability, and quality goals
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service.
- Train and manage staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.
- Handle inventory control and ensure efficient food management practices.
- Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new team members.
- Monitor financial performance, including cash handling and POS operations, to achieve profitability.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
