Overview
We are seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Personal Assistant / House Manager to support a busy household. This role involves managing daily household operations, errands, pet care, business support and assisting with personal tasks to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the home. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a variety of responsibilities with professionalism and discretion.
Responsibilities
- General household cleaning and organization
- Coordinate household maintenance, repairs, and service providers
- Grocery shopping, running errands, and chauffeuring
- Assisting with deliveries and returns
- Packing and preparing customer orders for shipment
- Organizing inventory and supplies
- Walking and caring for a friendly dog
- Lifting and moving boxes, inventory, and products
- Helping maintain an organized and efficient home and workspace
- Maintaining a clean and organized living environment
- Other miscellaneous household, business, and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, House Manager, or similar role preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable around dogs
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Reliable, trustworthy, and self-motivated
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
- Strong communication skills and professionalism
- Ability to multitask efficiently and adapt to changing priorities
- Discretion and confidentiality are essential; an NDA will be required
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (email, calendar management, etc.)
- Previous experience in housekeeping, personal assistance, order fulfillment, or a similar role is considered an asset
About the Role
This is a highly varied position that changes from week to week depending on current priorities. One day may involve cleaning and organizing, while another may involve running errands, packing orders, walking the dog, coordinating appointments, or helping move inventory.
We're looking for someone who is flexible, enjoys variety, has a positive attitude, and doesn't mind jumping in wherever help is needed. The ideal candidate is a jack-of-all-trades who is comfortable with hands-on work and willing to tackle a wide range of tasks, big or small.
Schedule & Compensation
