The Sales Host is the first point of contact for prospective homebuyers visiting the sales centre. This role focuses on delivering a welcoming, informative, and professional customer experience while supporting the sales team in showcasing new home communities and generating qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities:
· Greet and welcome all visitors to the sales centre in a friendly and professional manner
· Engage with guests to understand their needs, timeline, and home-buying preferences
· Register and qualify visitors, accurately capturing contact information and details
· Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the sales centre and show homes
· Support Sales Representatives with client flow and daily operations
· Monitor visitor traffic and ensure adherence to safety and company procedures
· Stay informed about product offerings, pricing, promotions, and community updates
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality preferred
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Professional appearance and positive attitude
· Comfortable working weekends and holidays (typical peak sales times)
· Interest in real estate or home building is an asset
