Acrylic Fabricator
Location: Toronto, ON
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Acrylic Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate must have hands-on experience working specifically with acrylic materials, including cutting, machining, bonding, bending, polishing, and assembling acrylic products.
Please note: Applicants without direct acrylic fabrication experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate, machine, assemble, and finish acrylic products according to specifications and drawings.
- Cut, shape, bond, bend, and polish acrylic materials using industry-standard tools and equipment.
- Operate CNC routers, CNC machines, saws, polishers, and other fabrication equipment.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
- Measure and inspect parts using calipers and other precision measuring tools.
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with material handling and inventory management as required.
- Troubleshoot equipment and fabrication issues when necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of direct acrylic fabrication experience required.
- Strong knowledge of acrylic fabrication processes, including cutting, bonding, bending, polishing, and assembly.
- Experience operating CNC equipment and fabrication machinery.
- Ability to read technical drawings and work from specifications.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools.
- Experience with quality inspections and precision measurements.
- Forklift experience is considered an asset.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
