POSITION DESCRIPTION
Position Title: Project Manager
Reports To: General Manager
Position Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, execution, and successful completion of maintenance, renovation, remedial, and handyman projects. This role ensures exceptional customer service, efficient scheduling of personnel and subcontractors, effective inventory and fleet management, accurate project estimating, and adherence to company policies and procedures. The Project Manager serves as a key liaison between customers, technicians, subcontractors, and management to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, profitably, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Implement and enforce all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Schedule and coordinate employees, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure efficient utilization of resources.
- Manage and maintain customer service and preventative maintenance schedules.
- Prepare estimates and proposals for renovation, handyman and remedial service projects.
- Monitor and maintain warehouse inventory levels to support operational requirements.
- Coordinate fleet maintenance and ensure company vehicles are serviced according to manufacturer specifications.
- Oversee all receiving, shipping, and material logistics for maintenance, remedial, special, and renovation projects.
- Maintain and regularly update parts pricing and inventory records.
- Process and submit insurance claims for damaged goods and materials.
- Participate in scheduled management and operational meetings.
- Ensure all project documentation, records, and reports are completed accurately and on a timely basis.
- Monitor project performance to ensure completion within budget, schedule, and quality expectations.
- Promote a culture of safety, professionalism, accountability, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and manage customer information and service records using Jobber software.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to service technicians.
- Assist technicians with operational challenges and customer service issues.
- Prepare Actual-to-Budget reconciliations and project performance reviews for renovation projects.
- Prepare customer invoices for review.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Residential construction: 5 years (required)
- QuickBooks: 3 years (preferred)
- Jobber software : 3 years (preferred)
- high volume scheduling: 3 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Journeyman certificate (preferred)
