Responsibilities
- Engage with potential and existing clients through outbound calling, warm calling, and telemarketing to generate new leads and nurture ongoing relationships.
- Manage inbound inquiries efficiently, providing detailed product information on windows and doors, and guiding customers through their purchasing journey.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to close sales effectively while ensuring customer needs are met.
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update customer records, and manage sales pipelines systematically.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement outreach strategies that increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.
- Conduct technical sales consultations by explaining product features, benefits, and installation options clearly and confidently.
- Support business development efforts by identifying new market opportunities and maintaining excellent communication with partners.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 Years experience in the Fenestration Industry
- Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technology sales with a focus on windows and doors preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in English to articulate value propositions persuasively.
- Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar tools for managing customer relationships effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct outbound calling campaigns and perform warm calling to nurture prospects.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive attitude towards solving problems and meeting client needs.
- Knowledge of technical sales processes related to windows and doors products is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
