The IT Project Manager II is responsible for managing delivery of technology initiatives across Brand Advocacy Solutions (BAS), including AI-enabled tools, system integrations, and internal technology initiatives. This role drives end-to-end project execution, ensuring alignment across teams and successful delivery of solutions that support business operations and efficiency.
Project Delivery
Lead end-to-end project delivery across assigned initiatives.
Manage multiple concurrent projects with defined timelines, scope, risks, and dependencies.
Ensure alignment across stakeholders and maintain clear project accountability.
AI & Innovation
Manage delivery of AI-enabled tools, automations, and pilot programs across BAS.
Partner with product and engineering teams to move initiatives from concept through deployment.
Coordinate testing, rollout, training, and adoption activities across stakeholders.
Track progress, adoption, and feedback to support project outcomes.
System Integrations & Applications
Lead delivery of integration projects across enterprise systems and applications.
Coordinate requirements, testing, and deployment activities for system enhancements.
Ensure alignment between business needs and system capabilities.
Partner with technical teams and vendors to deliver integrated solutions.
Execution & Governance
Maintain project plans, RAID logs, and status reporting.
Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
Facilitate project meetings and provide clear status updates.
Communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.
Stakeholder Management
Partner across BAS agencies, IT, HR, finance, business, vendors, and clients.
Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Drive alignment across cross-functional stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
3–5+ years of IT project management experience.
Proven experience managing projects end-to-end.
Experience with system integrations and enterprise applications.
Exposure to AI, automation, or digital tools.
Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in retail, field operations, or services-based organizations.
Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft technologies (e.g., Azure, Power Platform, M365), Salesforce, Oracle (HCM/ERP/Recruiting), UKG, or similar systems.
Experience supporting rollout of internal tools or technology initiatives.
Familiarity with AI-enabled tools (e.g., Copilot, automation platforms, workflow tools).
PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification.
