Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Pharmacy Manager to oversee daily pharmacy operations within a healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of medication management, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. This role is vital in ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant dispensing of medications while maintaining high standards of service and regulatory adherence. You must be able to commute to Lifera pharmacy in Vancouver, BC, Canada and MUST hold a pharmacist lisence!
Duties
- Manage and supervise pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and assistants, to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality patient service
- Oversee medication inventory, procurement, storage, and distribution to ensure accuracy and safety
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local pharmacy regulations and standards
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to facilitate medication therapy management and optimize patient outcomes
- Implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and patient safety
- Provide clinical guidance on medication administration, drug interactions, and contraindications
- Maintain accurate documentation for prescriptions, inventory records, and regulatory audits
- Educate staff on new medications, protocols, and best practices in pharmacy operations
Experience
- New Pharmacists welcome!
- Background in patient care services within a pharmacy environment
- Knowledge of medication administration protocols, and pharmacy regulations
- Preffered prior leadership experience managing pharmacy teams or departments is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to handle medication management scenarios with attention to detail and safety standards

Pay: $55.00-$65.00 per hour
