Level Contracting Inc. is looking for a reliable, organized, and resourceful Office Assistant to help with administrative duties in their office on a part-time basis.
What You Can Expect from Level:
Level Contracting is a small company, and that's by design. We take on the jobs other contractors turn down—the additions too small to be worth their time, the renovations too complicated for their crews to figure out—because our owner, project managers, and project coordinator genuinely care about getting the details right, not just getting the job done. That means we spend real time thinking through how to build something well without running up a bill that doesn't need to be there. It's a mindset that shapes how we work with everyone, including our office team.
None of that happens without strong relationships. We rely on a network of subtrades and suppliers we trust, and we invest in keeping those relationships solid. As our Office Assistant, you won't just be answering emails—you'll be part of how those relationships get maintained. If you like the idea of being genuinely useful in a small office where your contributions are visible and your judgment matters, this is the role for you.
We handle general contracting and project management services for construction projects of all sizes, working on everything from residential additions and renovations to custom-build homes, as well as on commercial alterations, additions, and redevelopment. Our office is a fast-paced, quickly changing environment with myriad concurrent projects at all stages from pre-planning to active construction to wrap-up. Whatever the project, our goal is to turn a client’s vision into something real—on time, on budget, and built right.
