We are looking for a Business Development Representative who can source and develop new business opportunities, build relationships with business owners, and help grow our client base long-term.
We are looking for someone who is professional, self-motivated, personable, and driven to consistently build and grow long-term client relationships.
This role is best suited for someone who enjoys developing long-term business relationships, consistently building new opportunities, and taking ownership of their pipeline and results.
Responsibilities
- Self-source leads and develop new business opportunities
- Build and manage your own sales pipeline
- Conduct cold outreach, networking, and follow-up activities
- Develop relationships with business owners and decision-makers
- Conduct discovery meetings and client presentations
- Present IT service offerings in clear, non-technical language
- Prepare quotes and proposals
- Manage opportunities from first contact through close
- Build long-term recurring IT service relationships
- Help identify opportunities for IT support, cloud backup, cybersecurity, hardware, Microsoft 365, and related services
- Work closely with technical staff and management
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience
- Comfortable generating your own leads and prospecting independently
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, self-directed, and consistent with follow-up
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Experience selling IT services, MSP services, telecom, office technology, or related B2B services is considered an asset
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

- Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission

Pay: $65,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
