We are currently recruiting for the position of coordinator, Corporate Communications and Sustainability. We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our team and contribute to the success of our company.
Reporting to the Associate Vice-President, Corporate Communications and Sustainability, your responsibilities will include:
- Drafting various communication materials
- Contributing to the review of continuous disclosure documents
- Supporting updates to web platforms
- Organizing, coordinating, and planning internal and external meetings
- Coordinating certain projects
- Conducting research for various communications and sustainability mandates
- Conducting certain administrative tasks
- Contributing to selected communications or sustainability projects
- University degree in business administration, communications, political science, or a related field, or relevant work experience
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience working within a publicly traded company is a strong asset
- Bilingual (oral and written) with solid drafting and proofreading skills in English
- Ability to manage stress effectively during peak activity periods and to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team player
- Sound judgment and practical problem-solving skills
- High efficiency, proactivity, organizational skills, discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly
- In addition, the chosen candidate must be available to work overtime during peak periods (quarter-ends, annual shareholder meeting, etc.)
- The position requires an advanced level of oral and written French and English. The successful candidate will interact on a daily basis with representatives of the Group's various entities based in North America and Europe.
