Crosswinds Independent Living Facility is a growing, innovative independent living facility based out of Apohaqui, NB. We provide residential services for a wide variety of people living with disabilities. Due to our continued growth and expansion we have immediate openings for 1 Independent Living Coach (Full-Time). Casual positions available as well.
Ideal applicants possess the following;
- Human Service Counsellor diploma from a qualified educational institution, Personal Support Worker (PSW) diploma or a combination of relevant education and experience.
- Either ABA or RBT would be considered strong assets
- Current First-Aid/CPR, Mandt training, Non-Violent Crisis Intervention, Social Role Valorization would all be considered assets
- Experience working with complex cases
