About Pink Martini
Pink Martini is a Canadian women’s fashion brand with over 20 years of designing feminine, effortless collections for boutiques across North America.
We have recently opened our beautiful Pink Martini Warehouse & Café—a unique destination where customers can enjoy specialty coffee while shopping incredible fashion finds.
We’re looking for an energetic, creative people-person to help turn our warehouse into one of Toronto’s most exciting shopping and community destinations.
About the Role
This is not a traditional marketing position.
We’re looking for someone who loves creating experiences, building relationships and bringing people together.
Your mission is simple:
Create events and experiences that bring people into Pink Martini and keep them coming back.
Responsibilities
Event Planning
- Plan and execute weekly and monthly events
- Coordinate fashion shows, Sip & Shop nights, workshops and seasonal events
- Manage event setup and décor
- Create memorable guest experiences
Community Partnerships
- Build relationships with local businesses
- Partner with fitness studios, networking groups, charities and community organizations
- Organize collaborations with local vendors and pop-up businesses
Influencer & Creator Outreach
- Invite local creators and influencers to events
- Coordinate content days and collaborations
- Build long-term creator relationships
Customer Experience
- Help create an inviting atmosphere throughout the warehouse and café
- Welcome guests during events
- Collect customer feedback and ideas
- Grow our VIP customer community
Marketing Support
- Capture photos and videos during events
- Assist with Instagram, TikTok and Facebook content
- Help grow our email subscriber list
- Promote upcoming events

- Active on Instagram and TikTok
- Detail-oriented
- Self-motivated

Experience in hospitality, retail, event planning or community engagement is an asset, but personality, initiative and enthusiasm are just as important.
Position Details
- Part-time (approximately 15–20 hours per week)
- Flexible schedule
- Some evenings and Saturdays required for events

This role involves regular community outreach throughout the GTA. The successful candidate should be comfortable visiting local businesses, networking events and community partners. Access to a vehicle is considered an asset.
