MAINTENANCE / FIELD SUPPORT
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Reporting directly to the General Manager and Team Lead
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Attend to dispatched call-outs, assess and perform minor repairs in support of the property management client program
- Distribute tenant/building correspondence, collect laundry monies, etc. as directed
- Perform apartment renovations including; flooring replacement, painting, trim work, minor plumbing, counter top, vanity installs, light fixture install, etc
- Perform routine building tasks including but not limited to; garbage bin pick-up prep/removal, boiler inspections, property and roof inspections, litter-pick, hazard identification, minor landscaping, fire alarm/sprinkler inspections, etc
- Daily site inspections of all properties; residential, condominium and commercial
- Liaise with Contractors to coordinate repair work. Issue Purchase Orders
- Other tasks and duties as may be assigned by the General Manager
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum two years proven experience in maintenance
- Strong focus on delivering results and providing exceptional client service
- Excellent communication and time management skills
