Job Title: Experienced Tailor / Alterationist (10+ Years Required)

Employment Type: Full-time, 5 days per week (e.g., Tuesday–Saturday or Monday–Friday)
About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled tailor with at least 10 years of hands-on experience to join our team in Victoria. If you take pride in precision and enjoy working directly with customers to achieve the perfect fit, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
· Measure, mark, and alter garments (suits, dresses, casual wear, etc.)
· Operate industrial sewing machines and perform hand-sewing
· Advise customers on alteration options and provide accurate fit recommendations
· Press and finish garments after alterations
· Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements:
· Minimum 10 years of professional tailoring or alteration experience (portfolio or verifiable references required)
· Strong knowledge of men’s and women’s garments, including delicate fabrics (silk, wool)
· Skilled in both machine and hand-sewing techniques
· Detail-oriented with good customer service and communication skills
· Conversational English required (Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus, but not mandatory)
