Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a hard-working and motivated individual to join our team as a Property Maintenance/Lawn Care Technician Team Member. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering top-notch service, comfortable operating a variety of landscaping equipment, and eager to learn and grow within our company.
Responsibilities:
- Perform full property maintenance and lawn care services for residential, commercial, and industrial sites.
- Operate late-model equipment, including zero-turn mowers, push mowers, weed whackers, leaf blowers, trucks, and trailers.
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail while completing assigned tasks.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Assist with other duties and tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management team.
Requirements:
- Hard-working attitude and willingness to learn.
- Prior experience in lawn care/landscaping is preferred but not required.
- Experience with truck and trailer operation considered an asset.
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and effectively.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Valid G class driver's license with a clean driving record.
