Willingdon Church is looking for a Senior High Pastor to envision, plan, develop and implement effective Senior High Ministries in alignment with our ministry philosophy.

Facilitate and lead the large group Senior High gatherings and classes on ministry weekends.

Facilitate and lead small groups/events on Tuesday nights for grade 10-12 students, setting up their curriculum, utilizing leaders and setting the spiritual direction.

Equip students with tools to share their faith confidently with friends and classmates.

Develop and mentor a team of adult lay leaders to assist with new initiatives and programs.

Develop outreach strategies (social media, school visits, etc.) to reach unchurched high school students.

Facilitate and run a yearly mission trip that is an off-site trip in Canada, USA, or Central America.

Seek out and be available to meet with students and families who are in need of pastoral care, informally and formally.

Bachelor’s degree in theological education, biblical studies or related field

Theologically aligned with Willingdon Church

Minimum 5 years of ministry experience leading a ministry

Gifted leader with experience leading volunteers

Visionary who can initiate, create and develop ministries

Strategic planner who can implement goals and strategies
