Guidewire Developer (PC)

Minimum 3+ years' experience in Configuration/integration and Guidewire Implementations in Policy Center
5+ years of experience in Java/J2ee (EJB, Servlets, JSP, JDBC, Web Services, JMS, JPA).
Able to configure/Integrate the applications using XML and GOSU
Insurance Knowledge specifically Personal Lines Claims and Commercial Claims
Relational Database and Data Modeling experience
Strong Java server-side programming experience with a solid understanding of object-oriented concepts
Experience with Scrum or other Agile development methodologies.
Experience with messaging, Webservices and database connectivity.
Strong oral and written communication skills
Responsible for designing and implementing Configuration/integration points between external applications/services and the Guidewire platforms.
Partner with client business teams to understand business objectives and configuration/integration requirements.
Produce technical design documents for configuration/integration points.
Develop custom configuration/integration points to connect Guidewire applications with other internal and external systems.
