Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and professional Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic massage services that promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being for clients. Responsibilities
- Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or other modalities
- Assess client conditions and discuss treatment plans to address specific concerns or goals
- Maintain a clean, safe, and relaxing environment for clients before, during, and after sessions
- Document client progress and treatment details accurately in accordance with privacy regulations
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate follow-up treatments or exercises
- Uphold all safety protocols and hygiene standards to ensure client well-being
- Manage appointment scheduling efficiently while providing excellent customer service throughout the client experience
Skills
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to anatomy, physiology, and massage therapy techniques
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for clients
- Excellent communication skills to effectively discuss treatment plans and address client concerns
- Ability to listen attentively and adapt massage techniques based on individual client needs
- Professional licensure or certification as required by state regulations
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality

Pay: $65.00-$150.00 per hour
