We are seeking an enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency with office software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner at the front desk
- Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
- Perform data entry with accuracy.
- Handle filing, document organization, and record keeping with attention to detail
- Assist with administrative tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area to ensure a welcoming environment
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously
Experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong computer skills including data entry, filing, and document management
- Excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills
- Familiarity with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and administrative procedures is desirable
- Previous experience in customer service roles will be beneficial for providing outstanding support
Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
