Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Plumber to join our team in a full-time capacity. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of commercial and residential plumbing projects, ensuring efficient, safe, and reliable plumbing systems. As an integral part of our construction and maintenance teams, you will utilize your extensive technical expertise to troubleshoot, install, repair, and maintain plumbing infrastructure. Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial and residential settings using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts.
- Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues related to leaks, blockages, or faulty components; perform necessary repairs promptly.
- Collaborate with carpenters, HVAC technicians, and other tradespeople to coordinate project tasks effectively.
- Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely while adhering to all safety protocols.
- Use basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and material estimations during project planning and execution.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and inspections completed for project documentation.
Skills
- Mechanical knowledge with a strong understanding of plumbing systems and components.
- Experience with carpentry, HVAC systems, schematics reading, and blueprint interpretation.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and assembly techniques.
- Ability to read technical schematics accurately for installation or repair purposes.
- Knowledge of construction processes and experience working on commercial or large-scale projects.
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or ability to operate vehicles for transporting materials when required.
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and troubleshooting issues on-site.
