Duties
- Greet visitors and clients with professionalism and courtesy at the front desk
- Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using computer skills,
- Support clients service efforts by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area to ensure a positive first impression
Requirements
- Proven clerical or administrative experience, preferably in an office settingt
- Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills for handling inquiries via multi-line phone systems
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining professionalism
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members
Pay: $17.50-$26.13 per hour
