Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Crew Member to join our landscaping and construction team. This role involves hands-on work in outdoor environments, supporting various projects related to landscape maintenance, gardening, irrigation, and construction. Duties
- Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, planting, and pruning
- Operate equipment such as excavators, hand tools, power tools, and irrigation systems
- Support gardening and horticulture activities to promote healthy plant growth
- Perform routine maintenance on tools and machinery to ensure optimal operation
- Help with construction-related tasks including site preparation and material handling
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work sites to ensure safety and efficiency
- Support team members in executing project plans and meeting deadlines
- Follow safety protocols during all activities to prevent accidents or injuries
Experience
- Prior experience with excavation equipment such as excavators is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Knowledge of irrigation systems, gardening practices, and horticulture principles is a plus
- Familiarity with landscape maintenance techniques and tools is advantageous
- Mechanical knowledge related to machinery maintenance is beneficial
- Experience working with hand tools, power tools, and construction materials is desirable
- Previous work in outdoor environments or construction settings is preferred but not mandatory
- A strong interest in outdoor work, landscaping, or horticulture will be highly valued
