The Role
This position can be either part time or full time, depending on the successful candidate.
A part time role will focus primarily on bookkeeping and financial administration. A full time role will combine bookkeeping responsibilities with broader office administration duties.
The bookkeeping component of this position is strongly intertwined with documentation, file management, and general office administration. As a result, attitude, accountability, and attention to detail are just as important as technical skills.
We have well documented processes, established systems, and a supportive team environment. You will not be expected to figure everything out on your own. We are looking for someone who is intelligent, self motivated, detail oriented, and willing to take ownership of their work.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain financial records using QuickBooks Online, Turbo Lease, and Microsoft 365 systems
- Process lease payments and early buyout transactions
- Reconcile accounts and assist with financial record accuracy
- Assist with month end reporting
- Assist with documentation, file management, and administrative tasks
- Potentially assist with early buyout quotes and lease documentation

- Basic bookkeeping knowledge or experience with accounting software
- Experience with QuickBooks Online is considered an asset but is not required
