Overview
We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and carpentry, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This role involves installing various products in residential and commercial settings, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Perform installations of products according to specifications and blueprints.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively and safely.
- Conduct caulking, sealing, and finishing work to ensure durability and aesthetics.
- Lift heavy materials as required for installation tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions or concerns during the installation process.
Experience
- Proven experience in construction or carpentry is preferred.
- Familiarity with blueprint reading is essential for accurate installations.
- Previous maintenance person experience is a plus, showcasing versatility in skills.
- Ability to handle heavy lifting and perform physically demanding tasks consistently.
