Be Better Sales is a female-owned, Calgary-based company specializing in fractional sales support. Our team leads business development efforts for over 15 organizations across industries including higher-ed advertising, oil & gas and SaaS.
From helping startups scale to supporting global organizations expanding into new markets and countries, we’re trusted by clients who want results without compromising on integrity.

About the Role
This role will focus on outbound business development within the higher-education advertising space. Our client places complimentary 6 feet tall, digital screens in High Schools across North America. The intention: to get prospective students excited about their future, exploring higher-education opportunities! These screens are designed to inspire students to seek post-secondary education. Be Better Sales executes outreach to the high-schools to offer them these screens. Additionally, we reach out to the Post-Secondary institutions to sell them advertising space.
You will be supported by leadership, coaching, and a collaborative team environment that prioritizes continuous improvement and results.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Executing outbound outreach via phone and email to guidance councillors across North America, as well as the marketing teams within post-secondary institutions
- Researching schools and identifying key decision-makers
- Crafting personalized messaging that gets noticed
- Booking qualified sales meetings on behalf of our clients
- Logging activity and maintaining clean CRM records

- Experience in retail sales or hospitality preferred

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
